PRBLEM Webhook Doctor for WooCommerce

Diagnose WooCommerce webhook failures before they turn into silent delivery problems. PRBLEM Webhook Doctor gives store administrators a focused diagnostic console for webhook health, real delivery outcomes, Action Scheduler queue signals, failure-to-recovery incidents and likely root causes. It helps you understand what failed, why it most likely failed, what to check next and when a disabled webhook can be safely re-enabled. Built for troubleshooting rather than automation, Webhook Doctor never replays webhook payloads and never silently probes external destinations.

License, updates & privacy

Privacy

  • Webhook Doctor is designed as a local-first diagnostic tool.
  • Passive health scans do not contact webhook destinations.
  • External destination checks only occur when an administrator explicitly clicks Diagnose or Verify endpoint.
  • The plugin does not replay webhook payloads.
  • Webhook payloads, request headers, secrets, response bodies, order IDs and resource data are not stored by Webhook Doctor.
  • Delivery Intelligence stores only bounded diagnostic metadata such as timestamp, HTTP/network result, duration and recovery state.
  • Incident Intelligence stores bounded metadata-only failure-to-recovery chains.
  • Optional state-change email alerts use the site's own WordPress wp_mail() transport and are disabled by default.
  • Controlled Test Lab receiver endpoints are generated on the WordPress site where the plugin is installed.
  • No PRBLEM monitoring API, telemetry service or remote diagnostic service is contacted.
  • The PRBLEM.COM link in the Admin interface opens only when clicked and contains no tracking parameters.

Usage / shortcode

No shortcode is required. After activation, open WooCommerce → Webhook Doctor.Use Refresh Local Health to inspect the current webhook and Action Scheduler state.Use Diagnose only when you want to explicitly check a webhook destination.Disabled webhooks must pass endpoint verification before Safe Re-enable becomes available.Delivery Intelligence records metadata-only delivery outcomes from real WooCommerce webhook attempts.Incident Intelligence correlates failures, automatic disables, diagnosis, re-enable actions and successful recovery deliveries.Guidance provides deterministic likely-cause and next-action hints from retained HTTP, configuration and queue metadata.Monitoring Rules let you configure local thresholds for stale queue work, long-running incidents and slow webhook deliveries. The built-in Test Lab provides controlled 200, 404, 500 and timeout-response endpoints on the WordPress site where the plugin is installed.
