These Terms of Service govern your use of prblem.com and software products published by PRBLEM. By purchasing, downloading, installing or using a PRBLEM product, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and licenses
PRBLEM publishes downloadable software, plugins, add-ons and utilities for website administrators and developers. Product pages state the applicable platform, version, license edition, installation limit, update entitlement and other material terms before purchase.
Unless a product page states otherwise, a software license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and permits use only within the licensed site or installation limit. A license key may be used to validate entitlement, access protected downloads and manage updates. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share paid package files or license keys.
2. Lifetime use and updates
Where a product is sold with “lifetime use,” an eligible version obtained during an active entitlement may continue to be used after the update period ends. “Lifetime” refers to the useful life of the licensed product and does not promise perpetual development, compatibility or support. Access to newer releases, protected downloads or support may require an active update entitlement where stated on the product page.
3. Delivery and accounts
Paid products are delivered digitally after successful payment. PRBLEM may provide a license email and a customer portal for license information and protected downloads. You are responsible for keeping your purchase email and license details secure.
4. Payments and taxes
Checkout may be provided by a third-party merchant of record or payment provider, including Paddle. The checkout provider may collect applicable taxes, issue transaction documents, perform fraud checks and apply its own payment terms. The price shown at checkout is the amount presented for the transaction, including or excluding tax as indicated by the checkout.
5. Updates, compatibility and support
Compatibility information is published on each product page. Software environments change, so future compatibility with every third-party theme, add-on, plugin, host or platform version is not guaranteed. Support covers reproducible issues with the PRBLEM product and the support scope stated for that product; it does not include unlimited custom development or automatic repair of unrelated third-party conflicts.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use PRBLEM products or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with services, or engage in fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
7. Intellectual property
PRBLEM software, branding, documentation and site content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product grants the stated license to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the software or source code except where an explicit open-source license says otherwise.
8. Warranty and liability
Software is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to document safety boundaries and known limitations, but no software can be guaranteed error-free or suitable for every environment. You remain responsible for backups, staging, access control and testing before production changes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms for future transactions or to reflect legal, operational or product changes. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Terms applicable to a completed purchase will not be retroactively changed in a way that removes already-granted license rights unless required by law.
